With the help of the Piedmont Environmental Council and their Buy Fresh – Buy Local program, a number of local producers of veggies, organic meats, cheese, flowers, baked goods, arts and crafts and related items will be coming to the South Pool parking area on Tuesday nights from 4 to 7 PM, beginning June 3. We are also planning to have a booth for Forest Lakes residents to sell their crafts or baked goods or other wares – check with the office for more details and sign up procedures. Please stop by, visit with your neighbors, and support both local agriculture and this great initiative.
